He never sits still, always picking his nose and eating it, stroking his beard, banging his head with music, chewing gum loudly with moutb open, has shitty headphones where I can hear his music, always fiddling with his hair, rarely has two hands at desk - one is always fiddling with something.

Next to me and I can always see / hear him and its really distracting at work. I know some of the things aren't on purpose but he's annoying me so much. Keep having to ask him to turn down the music or buy proper headphones. I'm close to asking him to not pick his nose and eat it and not to chew loudly with mouth open.

Arrrrg!

My son has one of these little pop up 'hutch' type things for his desk at school. Used for when the people at his table are driving him to distraction. It's red and really does get the point across quite well, I'm sure your bos wouldn't complain as it is removable:o
