I have just explained that no-one is hacking your emails. You are logging in via California because you are using dd1's laptop, it is connecting via a proxy network. She likes watching American TV on demand and it is not available in the UK. You are neither interesting enough, nor important enough for anyone in California to be remotely interested in what you order from Just Eat.
No I will not remove the software from her laptop or my PC.
If you do not understand what I am trying to tell you ask me to explain it again do not swear at me in front of our 6yo, it will get you no-where.
If you want a laptop that connects via a UK server ask me how to turn off the proxy shield or buy your fecking own.
In a similar vein if you do not know what RAM is or how much it costs ask me, do not start ranting and raving about letting dd1 have access to things "she should not understand" Dd1, does in fact know what RAM is, which is why she asked me to buy her sister some.
I could not say this in front of our 6yo because I was concerned that it would cause further swearing.

Can you say tartly 'Is this another one of these moments where you pick an argument to disguise the fact you don't know what you're talking about?' for any and all future IT conversations? Though hopefully they will be few and far between once you're in your new place.

I got the keys
He is now arguing with me about the rat palace I plan on letting dd2 build. She's wanted rats for months.
He thinks they are disgusting and I am disgusting for even considering it. Good, I hope they are so disgusting it stops him from coming round
I like tea, I just cannot make it, no matter how hard I try my tea tastes like hot water and milk, so I stick to coffee
It's 10:30 when I find out if I actually get the keys
Twunt is still being an arse about the furniture. He tried to sell me our washer a few days ago, the very same washer that a) I paid for in the first place b) breaks down at least every 3 months and c) is currently broken down 
This was done in a way that made it seem as though I should be grateful that he is doing me a favour. I told him where I thought he should relocate his washer.
Dd1 eventually managed to explain to him what a proxy server is last night when he tried to get her to remove it from her own laptop for him. She then passworded her operating system and gave him his own read-only user name, so that he can't change anything, she did disable Hot Spot Shield on his account. He won't be allowed to use her laptop again if he changes anything. He was not happy about this and tried to ground her. She paid for that laptop with her Christmas money.

Just as well he didn't fit in the blender it may have poisoned the dogs.

May I suggest you take the tea bags with you for all the visitors you are expecting in the first week

Of course you can come round, I just hope you like coffee. I plan on running out of tea bags frequently, since I don't drink tea and there will be no one to behave as though I have boiled their pet bunny if I'm not aware that they've used the last tea bag

I am really impressed you can have a proxy server at home and just use a button and they think you are in the states

I suppose I shouldn't let it bother me. He tries to do it to make me look stupid. If I've done something he doesn't understand that sounds like it might be a bit clever, it must be a dangerous/costly/wrong and I just don't realise it. I couldn't possibly fully understand something that sounds like it might be too technical for him to understand.
I should ignore it knowing that ultimately he only ends up making himself look stupid but it really angers me, there's loads he knows more about than me. Why does he need to be better/more clever than me at everything?
The RAM thing had me baffled too. I did ask him what precisely he thought RAM was but he just wandered off muttering about how they should be playing with dolls not RAM They wanted it for dd2's laptop so it could run Minecraft without as much lag. They weren't planning on becoming evil scientists or anything
