boneyback, my comments re standing apart from the herd were in relation to some of the posts on this thread. I do think there is a very evisent theme of ganging up on someone in a gleeful way, whilst completely ignoring what the OP is actually saying.
FWIW, I completely agree with your view though, re the amount of acting out that took place over the past few weeks. I think it became a bit embarrassing for all concerned. Just to assure you though I did not take part in any of the shenanigans and namechanging etc. Hope that makes things a bit clearer.

Ha ha at the posters thinking the MNHQ response was weird.

Y'see I write to people all the time that I am in dispute with and always start letters with "thank you for your letter of [Date]" because that is how grown ups say "not you fucking lot again". That is how I took the MNHQ post

I thought MNHQ were actually just making the point that actually they were OK with this thread and the flowers were to everyone as a kind of apology for daring to suggest that it might turn into a bunfight.

Hope AF is around - she was pretty easy to spot when she was PeterAndre for a while. I do sometimes disagree with her (and sometimes wonder if she is drunk!) but I do find her a pretty good barometer sometimes in terms of whether to have a think about my own tolerances
