to be still p####ed off with dh for dropping a pint of milk on my pelvis this morning ?

This morning, when Dh was about to go to work, I was still in bed. He was at the door, said that the milk was there. I said it will take you 2 seconds for him to put in the fridge.

Next thing I know, he came in the bedroom and threw the pint of milk on my pelvis. It hurt and made me cry a little.

I could see on dh's face that he thought that I had completely overreacted. He said sorry, saying he didn't mean to hurt me but I could see he was unrepentant. Arsehole.

So ????

he never acted like this before...I was still in bed at 7.30 so not really a lie in. I think he was trying to make a joke, a practical one, a shitty one really :-(...I'm sure he didnt mean to hurt me but it's the fact that he thought I had overreacted.

Tomorrow, I'll dropp a full pint of milk on his bollox as a joke, I'll report on how he felt !

YANBU to be pissed off! I would have threw it back! I over zealously whipped DH with a t- towel messing about the other night and caught him in the eye, to which I thought he was putting it on and gave him no sympathy until I seen his blood shocked eye a while later and felt like shit! Im not an abuser and I bet your DH isn't either, just a complete tosser!

YABU if you don't expect certain posters to start screaming abusive partner/leave him before he attacks you/children, their dh would never assult them in this way ...blah blah...

I would hide this thread or not read it again as seriously DH is about to be turned in to a monster.

If he couldn't be bothered to go to the fridge, fine. I was going to get up soon anyway...dh is not a monster, he just didnt think..I'm glad that the majority agrees with me.
