Ive been advised to cut out dairy and soya from mine and my 8 month old son’s diet for 6 weeks to see if it has any impact on his eczema. He’s not got an ige allergy but the doctor wants to check for a non ige one.
What are the best buys/recipes/baby weaning hacks with this? I like oat milk and coconut yoghurt, and so does he, but feel a bit lost with general meals, snacks etc. He eats well, 3 meals a day, fine with all other allergens, so want to keep up his good appetite (and also not eat boring food myself!).
Also is there anything to look out for that might catch me out, supermarket bread has soya in which caught me by surprise for example!
