Help me get a bikini body by 2021

Away on my summer holiday and every year when on the beach I look in envy at all the mums similar age to me who can wear a bikini without everyone running away screaming. I am a big fat blob. I need to lose 2 stone but also tone up. I'm fairly sure I think this every summer but just gain weight rather than lose it. I need a plan, both exercise and diet. I cant run due to injuries. I try to do low carb no sugar mostly but need general help and advice please! I'm a lazy person who likes to sit around and hates most exercise. But I'm constantly thinking about dieting and thinking oh I could enjoy life if I just lose 2 stone which is pretty crappy.

Walking and calorie counting.... A brisk walk for 30/45 min daily and work out a realistic calorie limit.
Record all your food, every single morsel and you'll soon notice a difference.
Calorie counting means you can still have treats etc so you're not missing out on anything it also helps massively with portion control which is my biggest issue.

I would also second the "buy a bikini and stuff it" line but failing that, 2 other suggestions:

  1. Shorts and a bikini top
  2. Have a look a the weight loss threads - there are a million very knowledgeable and experienced mumsnetters on there with advice on every conceivable way of losing weight.

Oh yes I could do that but I would feel totally mortified and embarrassed. And that's no fun. I know it sounds very superficial but I would just like to be slim like I used to be, before kids and antidepressants!!

Could you maybe just put a bikini on and stuff what people think?
