Best Margarine for cakes that isn't stork

I just can't seem to get the light, fluffy texture with butter despite creaming it with sugar for 10 minutes. I hate the taste of stork in cakes, though. Can anyone recommend a nice margarine for cakes? Even a spreadable butter perhaps, as it has a little butter and mostly oil?

I’ve used Bertolli Olivio before and they turned out ok

Pure margarine is pretty good.

I usually get butter to room temperature even warmer but still keeping the solid texture(nowhere near melting). Soft butter is easier to fluff

I often use half butter and half Pure.
