Seff-hosted WP commenting on Blogger

Ok, so I know this isn't the biggest issue around but I've noticed that when I comment on blogger sites I only seem able to leave my email address rather than the address of my blog. I'm self hosted on wordpress so can't just c+p my url in as a WP one. Where am I going wrong??

I get this too, pretty annoying and doesn't seem to be a quick fix.

I have a googlemail address, linked to a now defunct Blogger profile. I don't use Blogger but I set my homepage there to my self-hosted WP site. Could you do the same?

Bit convoluted but it's the only way around that I've found so far.
