Inconsistency

On Wednesday I went to a class, I'd slept like shit the night before, was shattered and had to drag myself there. I really was not in the mood. But the class went great, I kept up easily and felt energised after.

Today I went to a class in a good mood, I'd had a good night sleep and it was my favourite teacher so I was up for it. I found it really hard, had no balance, and my legs felt weak and wobbly.

Anyone else? It's bizarre how some days are so different and contrary.

It happens to everyone. I eat a protein bar 2-3 hours before a class and that has definitely helped when I go to the more challenging classes.
