Signs Interview went well?

Had a video interview recently, since then been wondering how I did. It was a civil service interview at HEO level.

I seem to think if they answer your questions fully and give you an exact timescale of when you will hear back are good signs. Also if they provided extra details to your questions at the end of what kind of software they use and some details of the project is that a good sign?
or is this not a good way to judge?

Sometimes you just have a feeling it went well, but I don't want to give myself false hope. Also saying well be in touch shortly at the end twice could that be that I have passed?
