Hi, just asking for a bit of advice please. I've got a provisionial offer on an EO Work Coach job and have gone through to pre-employment checks. There is one question 'have you got an IVA arrangement?' which I have. I didn't expect to be asked that, do you think it will scupper my chances? Do they do a finance check? Thanks in advance.
