Has anyone got any tips for passing an SEO civil service interview?

I am the internal candidate, the field is seriously strong. Having taken time out for kids and the fact that this is my second career, I might be the least experienced. I struggle with making my examples sound SEO ish! Oh and self confidence. anyone who has seen my posts in relationships, might work out why.
