What would you do - £7k more

Cut a long story short, office I am currently in is being moved around an hour away from where I work now.

So I will be on the same money I am now for an additional hours commute, but I have been offered a job in the same area for £7k more.

I do love the company I work for now, but I just feel that it's not worth my time, when I could be getting more money for the same job in another company!!

If the job offer is fairly concrete, it's worth approaching your current company to see if they can match it. You're in a strong position to negotiate here.

If the other job was as good/better than the current job, I would go for the pay rise, and sack the longer commute.

As coralisland said, if the money might make you consider the commute, then definitely try negotiating with your current company. You are in a very strong position and it would cost them time and money to try an replace you, besides the risk of taking on a new person vs someone they know does the job well and knows the company etc. But... Think carefully what the extra hour commute will practically mean! Besides travel costs, what do you have to give up for this (e.g. time with your kids or hobbies) and is it worth it for you? It might very well be worth it for the right money (7k is about £30 / working day) and if you enjoy the work and company, but make sure this is the case. I don't mind the days where I commute longer to work too much, as I love podcasts and audio books and it's kind of my me / personal development time. But I don't have to do this every single day and have days where I work much close to home.
Otherwise a fresh start at a different place that means an extra hour for other things that are important to you may be the better option.
