Hi all,
Thinking of a self employed career change and considering setting up a cleaning agency where I manage a team of cleaners (where my role would be all admin/promotion etc).
Saw a franchise advert for this but thought it could be something I could establish myself rather than pay a (hefty) franchise fee. Also saw a previous post on this board which was along the same lines as I'm considering but it didn't answer all my questions!
I have a marketing/pr background so quite confident I could create and promote a "brand", but not too sure how the day to day running of such a venture works in reality eg key holding, employed or self employed staff etc.
Any help or advice much appreciated!!!
Ps. Presently work part time after having my children but wanting to establish something rewarding and flexible for when they start school is prompting the change.
