Inclusive female rape crisis services

My local rape crisis service include trans women in all female only group work. Have experienced the groups first hand and TW do attend. This has me wondering, are women with the protected characteristic of being gender critical being discriminated against? If a woman does not believe TWAW then she is unable to attend the female only groups as they contain people who she perceives to be men. Therefore the rape crisis centre is effectively refusing to offer her a service on the basis of her protected characteristic? Could a GC woman approach the service from this angle? I haven't seen this mentioned before on here, sorry if it's already been discussed.
