What were the biggest hurdles you had to overcome in this case?
Obtaining key documentary evidence, which required repeated applications for disclosure — made all the more difficult because of the pandemic. Funding the case was also tricky, but thankfully Sonia received support from the public via CrowdJustice a month before trial.

It's well merited as an award.

I am deeply irritated that public money was spent on attempting to defend this action and in foot-dragging about the release of documents.
