Govermental funding towards trans charities vs gay men vs lesbian?

Hello everyone

A while ago someone posted the difference in funding Trans orgs and charities get from the government as a whole compared to gay men and lesbian charities. I remember that the trans orgs were at the top of the funding ladder. gay men in the middle and lesbians next to nothing. I'm trying to find the thread but have had no luck even in advanced search.
