The BBC has revealed its list of 100 inspiring and influential 'women' from around the world for 2019.

They are certainly not all female.

But at least it does acknowledge the amazing work of many females around the world.

Bizarre seriously woke list full of women I have never heard of and the usual male inclusion. Why owl? Is making bad youtube films really considered influential? Why so few women anyone has actually heard of?

I don't know. I think it's good to have the list and of course TW will be included.
I'm more perturbed that a TW is one of the two women singled out in the introduction, as being on the list for being put in male prison.

The actual blurb makes it a lot clearer why this person is in fact deserving of recognition.
