From a new OECD survey that indicates the gender gap in unpaid domestic labour shows little sign of closing. Just in time for International Women's Day Hmm

So uk men have more leisure time but the headline is abitt uk women being "leisure queens".

Eight hours sleeping and 1 hour eating. Hardly frivolities! And where are these three-hours-a-day jobs? Because I could really do with one.

It's rubbish. "Women, look, you get loads of leisure time! So it doesn't matter if men have more or do less housework or childcare!"

How fucking annoying, for so many reasons. I hate phrases like "help out with" housework as it assumes it was a woman's job in the first place. As for all this leisure - what does having the radio on whilst ironing, or knitting watching TV count as? And baths are not 'leisure', they are wadhing!
