I've just complained via the 'contact us' option right at the bottom.

That is really terrible. Shame on them.

What does it say to you then, rubyrubyruby?

Because they're all excuses that a DV perpetrator would use to apologise to his victim.

What bloke would even wear that??? Must be aimed at someone young and stupid naive. Must be part of their 'avoid this bloke' range along with the one someone linked to this morning that said something like "Nice new girlfriend, what breed is she?" Awful insidious blokey culture....

"I'm so sorry you provoked me" goes hand in hand with assault, rubyrubyruby... As do the rest, but still. That one stuck out at me most

I can see it not occurring immediately to everyone that it relates to DV, but yes those are all classic excuses.

Plus I've just been trying to place it with other possibilities that a man would be saying "i'm so sorry" about and none of them really work.

What were they thinking?

Yes it wouldn't be to a bloke he punched at a bar in a drunken rage would it?

There was an article on 5live only today about the increase in teen DV (or boyfriend / girlfriend) cases ....

....also - bit of an irony there's a Rhianna T Shirt in the same range on the website....
