Boob sweat

Ok ladies ,would like ur opinions, any ladies use the bra liners ,seen on amazon, to help control sweat/rash/odour under boobs,or even nursing pads do they even help at all with the issues, unfortunately its something a lot of us ladies go through, just wondering which be best to help situation, much appreciated

No experience personally but I have read a dusting of cornflour helps with both sweat and rashes caused by it. There are also powders (non talc) with Shea butter for this purpose.

I use skinny wodges of t shirt fabric cut from t shirts that are too gritty for charity shops, and wedge them in the crease inside my bra. They work a treat, are free and just drop in the wash.

I do not think you need to buy any products for this.

Change your bra daily (buy cheaply from Asda, whose bras are a revelation in quality and VFM) if you need to get some more. Pad with cotton handkerchiefs if you need to augment the bra itself.

All these items can be washed and rewashed indefinitely, in with your normal laundry loads. Far better for the planet than buying any throwaway novel products

Every morning after my shower I put a folded piece of kitchen roll under each boob before putting on my bra.
Not had boob sweat or soreness/rash once since I started doing it.
