No period for months after abortion :(

Long story short...Had a medical abortion mid July, was told periods would return to normal after 4 weeks but I’m now 14 weeks post abortion and I’ve had absolutely nothing, not so trusty google says to wait 8 weeks. Neg pregnancy tests. Always had normal regular periods.

Wondered if anyone else had taken this long to get back to normal?
