Really scared an worried need some advise !!

Im 27 years old I have 4 kids an In the past 2 years I’ve had 4 miscarriages back to back but dr never said anything about why it was happening jus has blood work done before an all that was norm well last week I started having this pain in my lower left pelvic area an it go into my thigh so I went to drs they sent me for a sonogram well the sono said I have uterine fibroids an my right ovarie is enlarged some an ovarian cyst she said it benign an then she mentioned something about some fluid coming from somewhere but not sure so she sent me for a mri scan im really scared my anxiety bad bcuz of this I keep thinking the worse stuff like cancer I asked the doc on the phone if it was cancer she said no it not but anxiety making me thinking Otha wise :( I just need some help keeping my mind calm anyone been threw this???
