Lumps/thickening in breasts

I'm new to this so sorry in advance! I'm 19 and about a year ago at most I found a lump right at the bottom of my right breast underneath the tissue. Doctor examined and since I was on my period at the time, she said it's probably a swollen lymph node and it will go away as my cycles goes on. It didn't go away. It hasn't grown, but it's starting to become difficult to find as my breast tissue in that area feels thicker. Today I found another lump in my other breast (left) which is ever so slightly tender, but it is more like a thickening. Over the course of the last month, I've had milky discharge twice and clear discharge once, but only a spot and when I squeezed it. I'm very concerned, but they won't take me seriously. Breast cancer runs in my family, but because my mother didn't have it the doctor said it's not possible for me to have it (even though my aunts had it) as it has to come from a direct parent - thats not true at all. I've also noticed that my right nipple is slightly indented, but not all the time. It's just in the middle of the nipple. I might sound like I'm overreacting, but this has gone on for so long. Any answers will be appreciated!

Get to a second opinion op. And don't walk, run. I don't mean to scare you and I hope it's nothing.
I had lumpy breasts once and was told it was just that it was muscle which it was. But I was petite. no real fat
Just get it checked

I'm glad everything turned out okay for you. Hopefully that's the same case for me! I'll get an appointment asap, was thinking of going private though. Thank you for the replies
