Books about the Seychelles?

I'm looking for really good books on life in the Seychelles (both in terms of native Seychelloise and in terms of the expat lifestyle). Could be fiction or non-fiction but not really looking for Rough Guide tourist guide stuff. Any tips? Sorry for cross-posting - going to put in both travel and books!

I thought I would bump this as it sounds interesting.

Do you have a Daunt books? They organise their collection by country/region do travel/history/fiction etc altogether.

Great idea; I will check out Daunt books. Thank you! So far I have come across the memoirs of the first president of the independent Seychelles (not quite what I was looking for but very interesting nonetheless) and some semi-fictionalised humorous memoirs of two british expat teachers who did a 6-month stint on the island in the late 80s. Which was fun!
