Hi, I've just re joined and bought a calculator. How do you calculate the sp in liquid, ie mls rather than grams? I want to work out the points in things like salad dressings....tia

I've always just fine it the same as grams. 1 ml water weighs 1 gram. Salad dressings are thicker but I think it' fine

100ml for salad dressing is loads though isn't it? It'd have to be a big salad to use all that!

That's the thing though, I serve massive salads and use quite a lot of dressing, usually for lunch and tea so have stopped buying that one. Aldi fat free vinaigrette is just 3 sp or I buy the sachets from ww meeting.
