Calculating SP in liquid?

Hi, I've just re joined and bought a calculator. How do you calculate the sp in liquid, ie mls rather than grams? I want to work out the points in things like salad dressings....tia

I've always just fine it the same as grams. 1 ml water weighs 1 gram. Salad dressings are thicker but I think it'll.be fine

Ah great, Thank you. Think I'll be changing my dressing though...pizza express Light is anything but! Confused

100ml for salad dressing is loads though isn't it? It'd have to be a big salad to use all that!

That's the thing though, I serve massive salads and use quite a lot of dressing, usually for lunch and tea so have stopped buying that one. Aldi fat free vinaigrette is just 3 sp or I buy the sachets from ww meeting.
