No count anyone?

I'm veering towards doing no count instead of flex. I did no count a few years ago but didn't go to WW meetings. I enjoyed it and I lost weight. I wonder if anyone fancies a thread for no count - for advice and support etc etc

Definitely. I started last week and did No Count and lost 4.5 lb. WW seem to keep it quiet as several members at my meeting this morning had never even heard of it.

Hi @cloudyweewee glad I'm not the only one on here doing it. I read somewhere that WW are very keen to push their new-ish flex programme so don't say much about no count. I've found a few websites by googling it one is this: lovingnocount.com/ and there some Facebook pages for no count.
When I did no count before I loved it and I think it's easy to sustain it as a way goof life - but Ive had a few difficult years and sadly I drifted off no count. My main problem is I eat too much - and I like my food. I think no count gives a wide range of food to choose from and includes carbs and weekly points for cakes, alcohol, whatever. Also there no count measuring weighing etc. Just go with amounts that seem right to you. I need to work on my portion sizes though.

I was considering No Count, but as a member who was previously on Slimming World, my portion control was not great. I was eating far too much calories, despite it being a free food. I find SmartPoints work better as it teaches me portion control.

I subscribe to a No Count group on FB and apparently several coaches have told their members that WW will be focussing on Flex only. It hasn't been officially announced but several people have had it confirmed to them by an online coach on the WW website too.

I did well on no count a few years ago and would like another go. But I'm now vegan so can't eat my previous staples of fat free Greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs and tuna in water!

Yes I've read that about no count too. It works for me so I'm going to try to keep to no count as I've copied the list of foods onto my iPad and I've got the no count cookbook too. I have a flex day if I'm going out for a meal.
