I've just joined and hoping I can do it. Lately I've been snacking at night drinking wine and not eating anything during the day.

Really need easy grab snack ideas

What do you like to eat? Sugar is heavily penalised in smart points so I have been snacking on fruit, low fat cottage cheese and crudités.

Cherry tomatoes
Lean ham
Plain home popped pop corn
Fruit . I find buying 'in season' fruit tastes much better. For instance strawberries when they come into season will be much tastier than what we have in shops now from Spain etc.
Try and go easy on things like grapes full of sugar. But they are nice frozen.
Fat free natural yogurt mixed with WW no point jam.

Following- I am struggling with the new Smart Points as sugar is suddenly evil! All my go to treats from the old Pro Points system are now ridiculously "pointy" 😩

I'm more a savoury fan to be honest had an apple (first in a long time) but it's the crisp type things I think I'll miss.

I do make my kids eat healthy but I don't think they follow by my example thank god 😂

What about cold meats? Antipasti style!

Actually, just discovered that mini bags of popcorn are low in points- satisfying too!

Ooh I do like cold meats, I just got pate in and seen the points are ridiculous for it

Sugar free jelly is 0sp, I like to tuck into that or frozen fruit with low fat yoghurt that seems to help with the sweet cravings. Or I'll normally have some of the WW bars or sweets from the meetings handy just in case I need some chocolate x
