Anyone having trouble with activity points online and on the app?

Mine aren't showing up. I just get blanks (a straight line) on the app and nothing at all online, with an error message saying [500] need valid timezone offset.

I've cleared my cookies on my computer and logged in again, I've deleted the app and downloaded it more than once. I've tweeted WW and they said to try entering the activity manually - which I can't do because it's not giving me an option. And I've emailed the tech support and had no reply.

Any bright ideas? I'm only in my second week of WW. It worked for a week, and then stopped. It's not a disaster but it would be nice to track how much activity I'm doing.
