Weight Watchers

Should you eat all your points every day?

I have restarted weight watchers this week. I lost 40 pounds with weight watchers a year and a half ago but put it all on again in pregnancy and my ds's first year.

The last few nights I have had points to spare (9 this evening!! My dinner was only 8 points, I could have another dinner!)

Should I eat all the points I have? Tonight I ate 6 bits of chocolate which obviously isn't really very healthy. I'm not hungry so didn't want anything too much, but to be honest I didn't really feel like chocolate either.

I am brastfeeding ds, he is 12 months so I am not too worried about my supply so I am not eating any extra points for breastfeeding.

Do I really have to eat all my points? I would have in the past had a glass of wine with any spare points but I'm also trying to avoid alcohol unless it is a party/special occasion.

If you are on more than 26pp daily you can reduce the points but it's not recommended to eat less than 26 because you would miss out on nutrition. The 49 weekly points are optional. They are there is there is some flexibility if you eat out or find it difficult to stick to the dailies. If you don't use the weekly points you will lose weight more quickly.
