3 week challenge that's not Atkins?

I know there's a 3 week challenge thread already, but it seems to be for Atkins followers, and that doesn't suit me. Does anyone want to join me on a 3 week challenge that is exercise/ cutting down based?

seeker - it's not for Atkins or low carbers only, it just happens that a lot of are low carbers. Come and join us!

I've just started a new post for everyone to put their names down.

The more of us there are the better, regardless of how we're trying to lose weight, IMO.
