Does anyone know how b/feeding and dieting works out? I think if you are feeding a baby its a loss of about 500 calories, im still feeding ds1 too and have been told 3 toddler feeds in a day approx equal another baby being fed, so does that mean I am losing 1000 calories through breastfeeding and if so how many calories should I be having???
Is there anything else I need to know? Even something that may seem obvious??
I have never bothered dieting until I have been 6 mnths post partum before so haven't got a clue! But I really need to shift some chub!
Especially as DP has just undertaken me in the weight loss stakes!!
In addition any advice on how best to inject his mueseli bars with lard would be appreciated
