I weighed myself yesterday and was in shock. My clothes are fitting properly at the moment, and it's making me really miserable.
So, I have decided on the following:
- Drink more water
- Cut out pasta, potatoes and bread
- Eat more fruit and veg
- Limited chocolate/sweet intake to once a week
- Step away from the vending machine
- Walk home from work
- Go to the gym 2/3 times per week.
Any more suggestions?
