I need to lost a stone, help please

I weighed myself yesterday and was in shock. My clothes are fitting properly at the moment, and it's making me really miserable.

So, I have decided on the following:

  • Drink more water
  • Cut out pasta, potatoes and bread
  • Eat more fruit and veg
  • Limited chocolate/sweet intake to once a week
  • Step away from the vending machine
  • Walk home from work
  • Go to the gym 2/3 times per week.


Any more suggestions?

Try joining Slimming World- I lost over 4 stone in 6 months and I'm a slim size 10 now- slimmer than I've ever been and you don't ever feel hungry. you don't need to cut out pasta or potatoes either.

Good luck- the rest of your plan sounds great.
