Liver Cleansing Diet - Anyone?

I am going to give this a go for the next 8 weeks. Think my liver needs serious help. My health food shop and boots dont stock livatone or livatoneplus and I wondered if it is worth me catching a bus to get some elsewhere. Does anyone know if it is called something different in this country and where I can get it from?

What signs do you have to make you feel like your liver needs help. I have a family friend who would also be interested in this, but they don't live in this country.

there is a list of signs and symptoms or lifestyle choices listed on the back of the book. If you go onto amazon and type in liver cleansing diet in book section, its in there. Dr sandra Cabot, i think it is.
