I've been dieting on and off since I had my son but am now at my heaviest ever and really must do something about it. I've done WW before so am thinking I'll give it a go without going to the meetings but can anyone tell me how many points I'm allowed if I'm nearly 15st? I need to lose 3 stone.

Blondes, how many stone are you? You use that number in your points, so if you are 13 stone it is 22. Although you do get 2 more per day if you are 'occasionally sitting but mainly standing' and 4 more if you are 'walking most of the time'.

Smirnie, if you are in the 14 stones and you are 'occasionally sitting but mainly standing' you will be on 24. You would go up to 25 if you were 15 stone.

I think I have made that sound very confusing..its not though.

12 thought might be 13 at end of week

fairly active and 35 5ft 7

Report
suwoo · 16/06/2009 10:42

Ok, so if you are in the 12's and give yourself the 2 points for 'occasionaly sitting but mainly standing', you would be on 23.

Why do you think you will gain this week?

You never know, you might be one of those who 'gets away with it'. Were you trying to have a 'last supper' weekend before you started???

If you make the right choices at the chinese, that is about the best eating out choice you can make.

Wine is only 8 points a bottle . Less than 'volvic touch of fruit' dontcha know.
