it doesn't sound much but i'm getting nowhere. i lose a couple of pounds, then put them back on again.. i have to eat out for work three to four times a week, which makes it even harder. often i am nervous or very hungry by the time the food arrives, so end up eating a load of bread and butter, which is obviously stupid .
only three weeks till my summer holiday so i'm giving it one big push. anyone want to join me?
