Weight loss chat

Please work out my WW points for me!

I just need to see if Ive got this right - I whaven listed what I think the points are just to see what you make it - here goes, this is what Ive had today

brekkie
poached egg
2 grilled bacon rashes
tinned toms
slice wholemeal bread (not WW)no butter

lunch
1 fat sausage
cabbage
carrots
cauliflower
brocolli
small portion mash pot
gravy (granules)
1 x WW pot dessert (1 and a half points)

1 glass of rose wine (just over a standard glass)

tea
salad leaves
toms
cucumber
small portion prawns
few trimmings of smoked salmon
1 tbs low fat mayo
1tsp tom ketchup
1 slice WW bread (Thick sliced one)

snack
1 bag of WW tortilla crisps (1 point per bag)
