Found this.

Dunno if it's been discussed on here before but it's free. You register and put in your details, your weight and the weight you want to lose and the date you want to lose it by. Then it asks you some goals and then basically gives you meal plans and exercises for every day. You then tick off what you eat and do and it tells you how many calories you've eaten and lost by exercising.

You can adjust the meal plans to suit yourself and can add in your own foods and exercises. I just started it today and it looks pretty good so far.

I found some sparkpeople videos on youtube and just done one of the abdominal ones and it's really good, 200 calories burned in 15 mins apparently!

Anyone wanna join me?

Oh sounds interesting will have a look at it tomorrow when i'm more awake. might help me control my eating and exercising patterns.
