i need to tone answers please

im a mum of two youngest 6months i have very little time and not much money so gyms swimming ect is out of the option i have a workout dvd but each section is 1/2 an hour and thats too long for dd age 2 to entertain herself 15 mins is prob max but i need something thats regimented otherwise i just wont stick to it i generally just need to sereously tone head to toe does anyone have any tips or having the same problem

Hi,

Have you tried the 10 minute solution dvds? I have the target toning which I found quite good. They have a choice of dvds - heres a link:

Walking with the buggy is the best thing ever!! Do you have a single and buggy board or a double?? I used to (well still do but dd who is 2 only has one sleep a day now) time a long walk to town with sleep and walk to town, feed her then walk home. almost 8 mile 'round trip. Costs nothing (unless you get the bus home) apart from trainers and waterproof coat!!

We still now have a walk everyday after work to loca shops and on days off. I now get dd to 'do running' so she tires herself out a bit more!

i have a buggy bourd and iv not found it so easy to do my normal mamouth walks i think this is part of the problem with dd i did lot of walking and was lovely and trim this time round i dont find it so easy im not able to walk at a pace that works off much and dd does insist on walking everywere
