Paul McKenna - CD or DVD?

Whats the diff? Do I get to watch him on the DVD or am I just as well off listening to him off the CD?

Personally, I prefer the cd, as I would think it would be difficult to relax as much if you are watching him on dvd.

get the CD and the you can listen to it whneever you want -- takes time to sit down and watch it... I listen to it on the bus or when I am waiting around... DVD not so portable

CD definitely. I always fall asleep when I listen to it anyway, so a DVD would be a waste.
Might have had a different answer if he looked like Brad Pitt
