Are you a measurer? Where do you measure?

Is your waist measurement supposed to be just under your last rib? or where you naturally "dip in"?

And hips....do you measure across your hip bones? Or include your bum as well? OPr the waistband of jeans?

with my clients I measure the waist around the belly button - not exactly the waist, but at least you should be able to "hit" the same point each time.

For hips, I measure around the widest part, often top of thighs.
