I started last week and havent had time to sit and study the books so im in the same boat as you. However, i had a very quick flick through and made the carrot and parsnip soup and it is devine.
Im going to have a go at the sweet potatoe wedges (got a bag free at Tescos with a bag of marris piper potatoes)tomorrow.
As far as i can see there are some lovely recipes in the little booklets.
Im struggling to get my head round the syns and free foods, simply because i havent had the chance to study the books.
