Ive been to see a kinesiologist today (again) to check for food sensitivities/intolerances and have been advised to avoid the following for a month to see if there's any difference in my weight as I tested sensitive to them:
All dairy including milk, yoghurt, cheese, butter
cornflour, oats, beef, pork, cod, haddock, oranges, grapefruit, yeast, chocolate, cocoa, honey, beet sugar, cane sugar, demerera sugar, glucose and mixed sweets. Also tested sensitive to my own tortilla and egg tagliatelle.
Any ideas what I can now eat for brekkie?
