I know my weight problem is because I need to eat chocolate or cake late into the evening. Now if I could cut that out and up my exercise a bit, I know I will lose weight.Anyone else in a similar position and wants to try losing weight with me?
I used to eat at least 1 bar of choc every night. I joined SW (because a friend nagged me to) and now I only drink highlights drinks in the evening, which are sickly sweet, but it works for me.Do you like those drinks or does it have to be cake??
