I am trying to be good and not eat so much rubbish and would like to know roughly how many caleries I have eaten today.
About 4 cups of tea all day. 1/2 a bakewell slice from M&S this morning. Homemade tomato soup (tinned toms, toms, onion, carrots and stock) 3 krispbreads with low fat cream cheese. Another cup of tom soup later on. Spag bol (made with half a jar of ragu but still loads left over) and spaghetti. 1 shandy. water.
