I was thinking of doing an at home based version of slimming world, i went there a few months and lost a stone but its piled back on plus more!
I can't afford and haven't got the time to go to the meetings, i know the programe so i am going to do it at home but i need the motivation of others!

Before i couldn't cheat becuase everyone would know at the weekly wiegh in so i figure itr will be the same with people on here!

I you fancy it please add your stats below. I am happy to go throught the slimming world basics with anyone whos not farmilliar with it.
