I read in the paper today that there is more fat in a McD's chicken salad with ranch dressing than there is in a Big Mac. Have to confess that if I were to choose between the two... well put it this way, it won't be the salad

tried to look it up for you but it said that the food wasn't found. I've signed up for the 2 week trial, but to be honest I don't think that it's worth signing on for. I have another week and a half to go. Will let you know if I change my mind about e-source

thanks, got all my books from when I initially joined 4 yrs ago, but weighed recently started to slip on again so re-joined last week, my eating out guide is not very up to date, only used a drop of the dressing so think 5 points is enough???what do u think?

The Mcdonalds website says that the Crispy Chicken Ranch Salad with dressing is 451 kcals and 8.6g saturated fat, and without the dressing it is 382 kcals and 7.8g sat fat. So that makes it 8.5 points with dressing, and 7.5 without. Sorry!

Just delved a bit further into the Mcdonalds site - the Big Tasty looks like a heart attack on a plate - 804 kcals and 20.9 g saturated fat!
