- Getting off the bus one stop early
2 Dance at home.
3 Don't stand still while waiting in shops, banks, post offices.
4 Do a little excersise first thing in the morning and whenever you have an opportunity - a little goes a long way.
5 Always take the stairs - NOT the lift or escalator
6 When putting the washing away carry it upstairs one item at a time. You can end up climbing the stairs 30+ times and it gives a real workout on a Sunday afternoon.
7 Play with your kids, they have a lot of energy and you need to keep up with them.
8 Park your car as far away from the supermarket as possible
9 Get skipping ropes for your kids, they love it and you can join in too (also cheap)
10 Wash your car yourself instead of running it through the car wash
