How much weight gain pre period?

Weight loss is a real challenge for me but I edge on slowly.

However after ovulation I seem to suddenly put on three to four pounds despite still sticking steadfastly to my plan.

It’s gutting!

I weigh myself daily. Went to bed last night after weighing in at 11.6 yesterday morning. I was 11.9 this morning despite a particularly gruelling day.

Anyone else?

Yes, i am a few pounds heavier just before ovulation and in the days before and during my period.
