Anyone up for sorting their shit out. I'm overweight and miserable. Really fed up with how I look and feel, I need to do something about it, I am starting right now.

I have not weighed myself for a couple of years, I'm guessing that I will need to drop at least three stone. Probably more.

I am just going to weigh myself, assuming the battery in the scales is still functioning 😁 I will report back.
